Over the weekend, Russia bombed a little Ukrainian city for the third time in four months. Starokostiantyniv is a little city in West Ukraine, home to 30,000 people and a crucial air base. Ukraine houses Su-24M bombers at this air base, which have been modified to carry UK-sent Storm Shadow missiles. With its non-stop strikes, Russia aims to ravage this air base.
